PREMIO A LA MEJOR COMUNICACIÓN presentada en el XXVII Congreso Nacional de SEPYPNA que bajo el título «Relación y grupo. Implicaciones psicoterapéuticas» tuvo lugar en Valladolid los días 17 y 18 de abril de 2015. Acreditado por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de Profesiones sanitarias de la Junta de Castilla y León.

RESUMEN

El artículo busca comprender la frágil estructura grupal que se constituye en los grupos de terapia de niños y adolescentes con trastorno mental grave. Se describe el concepto de matriz grupal «agujereada» y los elementos que dan lugar a la misma, así como la necesidad de crear una matriz auxiliar para paliar las carencias de aquella y ayudar al desarrollo del grupo terapéutico.

ABSTRACT

The article seeks to understand the fragile group structure which constitutes the therapy groups of children and adolescents with severe mental disorder. The concept of «holey» group matrix and elements that origin it is described as well as the need to create an auxiliary group matrix to alleviate the lack of that and help the development of therapeutic group.
