Ponencia presentada en el XXVIII Congreso Nacional de SEPYPNA que bajo el título «La técnica en psicoterapia en sus diversas aplicaciones» tuvo lugar en Burlada (Navarra) los días 15 y 16 de abril de 2016. Acreditada por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las profesiones Sanitarias de Navarra.

RESUMEN

El artículo trata de una puesta al día de algunas conceptualizaciones sobre la adopción, tomando en cuenta los aportes actuales y los importantes cambios que se han ido sucediendo en el campo de la adopción.
Se revisan conceptos tales como abandono, parentalidad y familia, tomando en consideración reflexiones de algunos psicoanalistas sobre el contexto actual y los valores vigentes, y se trabajan las vivencias de desarraigo y la herida narcisista que acarrea el no poder crecer en la familia de origen.
Se busca realizar un aporte a la construcción de una nueva cultura de la adopción en la especificidad de la psicoterapia, integrando recursos que engloben espacios diversos según el grado de sufrimiento que se detecte en la demanda del niño y/o adolescente.
Se presenta a través del conflicto, la elaboración de la necesidad de conjugar la voluntad integradora del análisis de una realidad siempre compleja, para enlazar las necesidades-deseos, acompañada del placer de pensar, de interrogar-se, de analizar-se, en un trabajo de apropiación y de elaboración fantasmática de la propia historia que conferiría a ésta, figurabilidad y una posible representabilidad psíquica.

ABSTRACT

The article it is an update of some conceptualizations on adoption, taking into account the current contributions and the important changes that have been taking place in the field of adoption.
Concepts such as abandonment, parenting and family are reviewed, taking into consideration the reflections of some psychoanalysts on the current context and current values, and the experiences of uprooting and the narcissistic wound that leads to not being able to grow in the family of origin.
It seeks to make a contribution to the construction of a new culture of adoption in psychotherapy, integrating resources that encompass different spaces according to the degree of suffering that is detected in the demand of the child and / or adolescent.
Through the conflict, the elaboration of the need to combine the integrative will of the analysis of a complex reality, to link the needs and desires, accompanied by the pleasure of thinking, of interrogating, of analyzing, in a process of appropriation and phantasmatic elaboration of own history that would give to it figurability and a possible psychic representation.
